Clients may seek immediate clarification or lodge a formal operational dispute by contacting our primary support nodes. The firm mandates a strict 21-day turnaround window for the resolution of all initial grievances.
If the intelligence desk fails to resolve the operational dispute within the mandated 21-day window, or if the resolution is unsatisfactory, clients are instructed to escalate the mandate directly to the Firm's Compliance Officer.
