Capital allocated for research mandates and analytical services is strictly non-refundable once the structural intelligence has been deployed or the operational mandate has commenced. By initiating a mandate, you acknowledge the immediate consumption of our proprietary bandwidth.

If a mandate is formally revoked prior to the commencement of intelligence delivery, a reversal of capital may be requested. This is subject to immediate administrative deductions and the specific parameters outlined in your bespoke service agreement.

Raison operates on mathematical probability, not guaranteed certainty. No capital reversals will be authorized based on the profit or loss resulting from our structural setups. Market volatility is an inherent risk assumed entirely by the allocating client.

Authorized capital reversals will be routed exclusively through the original banking channels. Execution will be processed within standard banking and operational timelines, subject to institutional clearing constraints.

Formal requests must be submitted in writing. Include your legal entity name, operational mandate details, payment telemetry, and strategic reasoning for the request.
